Haul: The Body Shop

( PICTURES TO COME!)

So 2 days ago week, Groupon released a coupon for $20 for $40( $45 if used by May 31st?) worth of stuff at The Body Shop. Which essentially is 50% off your whole purchase. I immediately had to get it. I had be eyeing the Seaweed mattifying lotion ever since saaammage had been raving about it in her monthly favourites. I have really oily skin, and I've been searching everywhere for something to cure

me and my boyfriend went to our local Body Shop and I picked out the 3 products that I already had in mind: the tea tree oil cleanser, tea tree oil mask, and the seaweed mattifying lotion. When we we got to the cash, we were told that our total was a big short for the promotion. I didn't know that the ' buy 2 get 1 free' and then ' buy 3, get 2 free' promotion could be combined with the Groupon, so we went back to browsing to look for 2 more things to get. I ended up getting the Mango Body Scrub ( which smells amazing btw! :D ) and a foot file ( for my mama :) ). The total came to $53 - $45 groupon = around 8 dollars with tax. Oh man, it felt freaking awesome to pay so little for so much stuff. In perspective, I got 5 things from the body shop and only payed $28. Amazing, eh? The moisturizer on it's own is $16 regular price!!! :D:D:D. Oh man, t'was a good day. I LOVE sales + bargaiiiinsss.

Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream: $16.00 CDN

First impressions:
Smells good! It's more of a gel consistency than a lotion. I tried it out and a little bit of product goes a really long way! It definitely keeps my face matte for a good couple hours. I havn't tried it under makeup yet though. The only downside is that is it not very moisturizing, but it is for sure mattifying.

Tea Tree Mask: $16.00 CDN

First Impression:
Has a strong smell of Tea Tree Oil. If you don't like the tea tree oil smell, I would avoid this. I still havn't tried it yet though.

Mango Body Scrub:

First Impression:
Smells freaking awessoommeeee. ughhhh, i wanna eat ittttt. Also, still havn't tried it.

I will follow with a review once I try all the stuff out.
